Yes.... unfortunately he is not in a public space. That station is privately owned by HS1 Ltd. Under UK Law he needs the owners permission to put images of people online. Brendan just broke the law. The film group had gone to get permission to film and were holding the papers in their hands to prove it. The fact that "shouting man" behaved abominably, which absolutely he did, manipulative behaviour, is a separate issue.

yeah they really don't like it when you tell them you are entirely within your rights in the UK to create video and audio recordings for ANY purpose, and even if a public establishment has signs forbidding it you are STILL allowed to film for purposes of ensuring your own security and to prevent your rights from being violated.
