The simple cartoon graphics have aged remarkably well, so I'd honestly settle for a simple re-release. Though the person saying they should add Minnie as a second playable character is onto something...

@@nickdegugs7190 The True Ending pissed me off. The ghost gave me nightmares for years as a child, yet Mickey decides to be nice to that monster all of a sudden just because he was sad to see his victim leave him? Or more likely, it is more "on-brand" for Disney's mascot to be a goody-two-shoes at all times in any piece of media made after 1939, even when it comes across as overly-passive? I'm sorry, I genuinely had a vendetta against that ghost in my early years. Not everyone deserves my forgiveness...

Oh wow, Mickey Mouse and the Magic Mirror was one of my first video games EVER, and also one of the many that gave me nightmares at such a young age (stupid ghost antagonist thing). Fittingly enough for this animation, I actually played this instead of Kingdom Hearts (the game I really wanted to play back then) because my parents got me a GameCube, not a PS2.

I remember having this idea of Mickey and the Magical Mirror. What if Disney turned that game into a sorta movie that explores the theme of *“Liminal Spaces,”* since the game itself already seems liminal. It can have a story of what Mickey does when he finds himself alone in a liminal world.
