I agree, ED 4 always felt good as an endcap to the episodes. it'd be hard to skip it for me. though I'm for sure an OP/ED watcher unless it's completely insufferable, so I'm just leaning in the direction of my bias. ^^; tbh, ED 3 was really good as well, and I absolutely loved it in those moments where the ED would start playing over the ending scene of certain episodes. it worked really really well for that.

@@Pathetic-Ali I've been noticing that happen more often to me too... it makes me really paranoid about whether my stuff is gonna stay after I post it. I wonder if something got more sensitive... would be super cool if the site was more transparent about what it actually flags.🙄 anyway, yeah, season 3 is so good, I don't blame you one bit! the pacing in Golden Kamuy really makes you want to fly through the episodes. though, I feel like season 4 feels a little bit like season 1 to me. as in, like... season 1 doesn't really have a defined finale, and it sort of blends into season 2. it's like if the first two seasons were treated as one long 24 episode season by the people who made the anime, and it actually gives the story time to build up all the elements that contribute to the finale of season 2. I think seasons 4 and 5 are eventually going to feel the same way, where season 4 is all setup for the payoffs that season 5 will deliver. I haven't read ahead far enough in the manga to know what's gonna happen, but season 4 just has that vibe. it contains some really _really_ good individual story beats, but I think all the disparate elements are in the process of connecting, and the season cut off kind of in the middle of all of them coming together. which is to say, I cannot wait for season 5. I think it's gonna be fantastic, if the buildup is anything to go off of!

Both of these also have manhua and light novels, and are by the same author. I've read literally everything Heaven Official's Blessing, manhua and light novels. Haven't read the manhua for Grandmaster, but the first two light novels got me out of a very long reading slump (I love reading, so the slump was horrible). Need to read the others.

Why judge opening by anime itself? This bias thing is crazy. Opening is a combination of both visuals and sound, you can't separate one of another. That's why it's called opening. It's not "music before anime", and it's not "short video before the anime". It's a opening, combination of both.

11:03 In most streamed openings video Unravel was number 11 and Shippuden OP16 was number 4. So Silhouette is even more overplayed than Unravel and your defence for Unravel becomes unnecessary. 2019 best year and those are my top 6 favourite of that year.

Its more upbeat compared to brave shine but i also like the latter. 2016 TOBE FLYYYYYYYY! 2017 SASAGEYO SASAGEYOOOOOO but dman one piece was such a close second. Black clover is hella overplayed and overused in the anime but damn i also love hero academia 2018 Black clover op 3 2019 Demon slayer op 1 but vindland saga was also soooo goooood 2020 i will have to be jujutsu kaisen op 1 for me but iro from sao was so gooood tooo 2021 demon slayer op 3! That shit was a banger especially the rendition samuel kim made! 2022 aot op 7 that was emotional 2023 jujutsu kaisen op 3 2024 demon slayer op5 its just all bangers dammit!

You are wild for 2020 lol. Kaguya opening is obviously good, but it’s 6th on that list lol. Any attack on titan song is hard to beat. The worst AoT op is still one of the best in anime. And one piece is one of my favorite anime, but still… lol. And it’s a shame you’ll probably never get to watch Darling Franxx. Most of the series is mid, but it has 1 episode that is the epitome of all anime episodes. It is literally perfect.
