That first game was painful to watch -- not because Levy played badly but because he played well, saw a chance to take the initiative, and then talked himself out of it because he was hoping for a draw and basically allowed the bot to steamroll him from that point on. My comment isn't meant to trash Levy at all, but rather to highlight how *good* he might be able to play if he's able to calm his nerves against tough opponents. His technique and positional knowledge are both excellent.

24:56, I think levy missed that you could do bishop f6 and win the pawn in that position while defending a5 from c3, and if the rook targets the bishop, bouncing back and forth between c3 and d2 would be a draw or you could defend with the rook on c6. That being said, this all only works in black pushes c3 after rook d6. He probably wouldn't

Suggestion: there's a chess engine called Super Micro Chess, which fits the full set of FIDE rules (yes including en passant) into just a 583 byte EXE. Try making it face Stockfish, see what happens. Then try making it face Martin, just to see if Martin can't even beat a
