Levy, I'm not sure anybody has told you about this. Lots of professional athletes constantly talk about the power of breath. I'd recommend giving a read even if you give a Headway/Blinkist. I think to gain mental clarity, reset, clear head, speed. You should learn these techniques, it can really help reset your mental side. Which I think everyone can agree is the only part where you struggle. You are clearly a world class chess player. All love from a silent watcher who enjoys watching your path.

I am 1100 elo in chess, but I noticed something I think u missed it? 4:53 check e7 Then the black king has 4 options two of them will lose the rock in f file And one of them which is a6 will let him pined by your rock in e3 because it is defended by the queen so he must take it And the only move that might work is king c6 but I think there is a mate there also but it is longer, so I think I missed this because 75% of moves are blunders but 25% which is the fourth one I am not sure about it but I think there is a mate also
