I think it's not the case, since Caro Kann presents pawns in C6 and d5. Although Levy indeed had a pawn in d5, the support pawn was in e6

​@emconstrucao.2235 Well, the key is that the pawn structure us the same as an exchange Caro (e4->c6->d4->d5->exd5->cxd5). However, whites kingside castle + pawn push and Levy's knight on d7 are both very uncommon for a Caro.
