Really great sound its like postpunk with grunge a hint of sonic youth and great vocals.

Thank you so much! I think that actually pretty accurately describes us too

I really love the goth sound mixed with indie rock/punk rock. Really unique blend that you pull off so well.

That pretty much describes it. It's what we do best.

This is the official video for the song Nox off of our latest album Distant Apparition. This video was filmed with the idea that it's a video version of the album cover and I think we really captured that. It was a lot staging to get everything right, but I believe it represents the mood of the song. We had all kinds of lights and projectors going to get that crazy look in the room. There's actually very little color filtering added, the entire room was bathed in purple and blue so a majority of it was in camera. I'm actually pretty proud of that. It's obviously a pretty introspective song lyrically and one that seems to be a fan favorite when we play live. It was written during a really strange time so it can be hard to revisit it live when I really focus on the lyrics. Though I will say that it is a really fun song to play and we really kick it into gear at the tail end of the song. If you want to pick it up on a cassette (yes, that actually does exist) then the link to it and Spotify are in the description. Plus we have an Instagram too. As always, I just hope you enjoy!

If the music wasn't so well played and polished, I would've sworn this was an old Half Japanese song. Your vocals and lyrical content on this one sound very much like his did back in the day. Good band if you haven't heard of them. Check them out. No talent whatsoever, but they made it work. Think Penn Jillette owns all their masters now if im not mistaken. This is a compliment, for the record. Lol

I'll have to check them out! Thanks for the recommendation and comparison

@Dr.Sanders welcome. I have to stress that i in no way meant that comment to be insulting. That was just an observation/my first impressions upon initially hearing. You've got actual talent, though, so don't stop doing what you're doing. The world needs more goths.

Sounds good. Still holding out hope for a collab with the Old Garfield (unless he was the one who produced/mixed this??) because that dude rules but good stuff nonetheless.🤘

Bro your guitar tone is wonderfull, what gear do you use?
@doktorsanders Жыл бұрын
Well it's all kind of strange. I use a partscaster that has some really gutty pickups along with a Danelectro Chorus through a heavily modified Crate halfstack. Most of it has been tinkered with really heavily to get the sound I want.

Are you ever going to make lyric videos one day?
@doktorsanders Жыл бұрын
I guess I could, I enjoy making the full videos more and I always include the lyrics in the description so everyone can learn the lyrics. As long as we work our a fun way to do it then I don't see why not.
