Congrats! This is great experience to have, having achieved all of this. As a dev I wish I could convince management more easily of the devops principles. I’ve been working in companies that have release cycles of multiple weeks and others which theoretically have multiple releases a day if they wanted to, and the difference feels like night and day. I‘ll try to start gathering some hard facts about that difference in order to hopefully help some companies improve because right now, they’re just wasting resources IMO.

The speed of delivery is not necessarily an indicator on its own. Not everyone is ebay or needs to run a 24*7 global presence. Its important to make sure you have value in the release and that the release is valuable. And there is a difference between the two.
