Почему приверженцы «здорового питания» такие агрессивные? Нет вредных продуктов, есть люди, которые чрезмерно ими увлекаются. Если вы с’едите одно печенье с чаем, вас не разорвет, и диабет вам не грозит. А если слопать сразу все, то наверняка, в лучшем случае, стошнит. Но, если с’есть сразу кочан капусты и килограмм моркови с килограммом сельдерея-то тоже польза вряд ли будет.
