I just discovered your channel today and subscribed after trying this PERFECT recipe. These came out so good. The orange brownish color with the cracks of powdered sugar is just beautiful. The texture is so tender and crumbly. The lemon zest and jam ( I used pineapple jam) gave a perfect combination. It took only half an hour from beginning until the cookies were baked and I even finished cleaning up within that time. I used a hand mixer to mix the wet ingredients because am lazy😃, and pulsed the sugar for a second or two. I got 45 cookies. Thank you.

@@user-zx3ob3vr5s Здравствуйте, конечно могу. 3 яйца, 150 гр.сахара, 50гр. растительного масла без запаха, 60 гр. какао, 120гр. муки, но у меня выходит больше, смотрите сами по замесу, далее-1пакетик пекарского порошка, у меня по 15 граммов и 1 пакетик ванильного сахара. Кофе растворите в столовой ложке тёплой воды и смешайте все продукты, я не соблюдаю последовательности, тесто получается жидковатое, можно печенье отсаживать мешком или брать ложкой, катать шарики и обмакивать в сах. пудре и выкладывать на противень, близко не класть---растут. Выпекать при 180 градусох 10-12 минут. Приятного чаепития!

Q. А все-таки едите-то вы, небось, не то, что полезно, а то, что вкусно, даже если оно и вредно? A. Ничего подобного. Именно то, что полезно. Другое дело, что вкус исходно имеет рациональную основу, он предназначен как раз для того, чтобы отличать полезное от вредного (соответственно, невкусная пища хуже усваивается) - но из-за нездорового образа жизни современных людей их вкус часто искажён с точностью до наоборот. Однако его можно восстановить, вернувшись к здоровому рациональному питанию.
