How in the world do you blow into it with the hum? You're good. 😊

@@acaciaa that’s actually the way they teach you to do it. Weird I know, but keeps you from blowing over and over.

Hi! I just recently got an interlock installed and I’m having a hard time using it. I keep getting messages that say hum stronger or blow longer. How did you get so comfortable using it?
@shayspy25214 ай бұрын
@@ShayJohnson-x7m in all honesty after having it a while and getting frustrated with it. I figured out what works. Not blowing hard really just a consistent blow with the hum, and it will click faster. That blow longer message was definitely irritating when I was running out of breath.

Got it yesterday I haaaattttteeeeeee it so bad I was ready to just douse the car. In gasoline I never been so annoyed

@@ShayJohnson-x7m for myself, humming is not required. Also I do not use the mouthpiece, I stick my lips right on the machine, this was suggested by the technician during the installation. Take this with a grain of salt. Just because this works for me, does not mean it will work for you. Finally, after some time you will get used to what works and what doesn’t.

I didn’t know you still had to hum into some of these machines. Humming isn’t required in my machine. Also I don’t use the provided detachable mouth piece because it simply cannot detect my breath. As for the blowing. Count to six in you head.

@@SmithennWesson This is a hindsight is 20/20 type of statement. Very true, I completed my interlock time and have been sober since. Thanks for the comment

Everybody makes mistakes. As long as this was a lesson for them, and they never do it again, it’s okay.
