In my experience, it's generally good practice to glue anything that isn't supposed to move on older HMM kits. The König Wolf is the first one where I didn't feel that need, cause it's built like a brick with interlocking parts holding each other together.

This ^^^ i finished my konig wolf yesterday and it has to be one of the most solid build model kits ive ever bought, only thing that made me sad is that the additional gun kit came with a broken part so i had to order a new one. Meanwhile, the original shield liger i had felt like it was falling appart on its own.

That claw gimmick is neat. All the cat based zoids should be able to do that a bit. That said, nice review. I wonder why they never sold the armor parts alone. If I had a Saix I would like to get the "full armor version". Also, love the rubber duck is back too.

I agree, a missed opportunity from kotobukiya to release armor set separately. RUBBER DUCKY 4 LYFE!
