My fiancee and I really want to find an affordable lot to put one of these on, but there's so many questions and unknown answers we don't know. It's gorgeous and probably (hopefully) more affordable than many of the stick-built homes already on the market that are so inflated.

Palm Harbor That’s awesome! I have been looking at singles online thinking I can’t afford a double, but nice singles are running in the $70’s! And they are super small. I don’t need tons of space, but I want the space I do have to be nice. I really love the built in porch with those stairs. I want a home with a porch so I can sit outside and enjoy nature.
