Awe. I feel bad for the kid that lost his toy. Hopefully he comes back for it. This is a cute little house. I love farmhouse style houses. Something neat about the rustic distressed wood and blocked looking trim. I really like the barn doors with the metal in them and the industrial metal hardware. I really like it!

Most of the purchased models that I'm seeing lately are completely luxury vinyl. It costs more, but it's worth it if it fits your budget. Easier to clean, less dust, lasts way longer with less care. Good investment IMHO Thanks for watching!

We just travel around to manufactured home model centers and communities to video these homes so we can share them with people. We do not work for or with any of the manufactured home builders or communities. I can tell you that most 55+ communities have some stock houses available or if you don’t like the available models you can look into finding an empty lot in the community that you can put the house of your choice on. You would need to find a community in the area that you wish to live in and contact them. I know that Palm Harbor Homes has a list of communities, on their website, that they work with. I love the design of this home. The only thing it's missing is a proper back door. The office is wonderful for working at home. The facade and architecture are well planned and beautiful. The layout makes maximum use of space and flow. The one thing I'd do is stretch it by 3 feet to enlarge the guest room to a reasonable size and give a few more feet to the dining room or walk in closet. It's too bad it's not available as a modular.

Nothing that you wouldn't smell in any other new or renovated home. The materials used in manufactured homes are the same as those used by any site builder. HUD, state and local authorities dictate the standards and oversee manufactured home construction, which meets or exceeds the standards of site construction. You are smelling the off gassing of materials used universally in home construction, kind of like new car smell but not as satisfying :) Manufactured homes are so well insulated that manufacturers install whole home air evacuation fans that should be run regularly, something site built homes rarely install. Listen, That mod. got great design&sq. footage. But, for most of us- that inflated price, no matter the upgrades, is Ridiculous. I've been searching ,& at least in my part the country, we know what can still be had for 150k. or less. If market inflation don't self adjust soon; people should ✋ Stop buying homes for 6 wk.s. This wud 'jumpstart' proper adjustment of real estate prices. A sensible 2022 consumer.

I agree with you that housing prices are very high right now, especially in Florida. I will also mention that Palm Harbor Homes are generally high end for manufactured homes. From what I have seen recently Jacobsen Homes and Champion Homes are in the middle and Clayton Homes offer a lot of budget/affordable models. Grey is on it's way out in a big way! Grey, the new beige, has been "in" since the 80's and its way past time to get rid of a color they won't even paint prisons anymore because of the depressing nature of that color! This would be a beautiful place if it wasn't prison grey on every surface!!!!! The new "in" colors and prints are bold flower prints in wallpaper on ceilings, and walls, bright jewel colors on walls and furniture. Painted cupboards and furniture, etc. No more Grey! They waited until everyone basically painted their whole houses on the inside and outside GREY, then they make it "Out of style" Ta Da!
