I was just planning on doing this. My only question is when you get the Euro switch how do you hook the switch up? Since it has a button rather than something you can plug into the euro switch's harness.

Go on the dealer website, you can buy just the grille cover for pretty cheap. Part number is: 5C6853666A9B9 and 5C6853665A9B9 for right and left respectively

Did you end up finding the panel? Im hesitant on doing this my self and honestly with your video its giving me more and more confidence on doing it my self also want to add a touch screen radio i have the same color Jetta but mine is a Mexican Version called Jetta Live 2016.
