I have Strange Science and I always thought the wild robot down in the basement of this machine was so super cool. I have never seen one of these out in the real world though. Thanks for sharing!

I son’t think I recognise the Pinball table left from Genesis. Which one is that?

No playfield modification required.

I just installed new clear bumpers and leds, thanks to your links. Looks amazing! Thanks a lot. Was a bit harder than expected to install. Didn't realize I had cut and reconnect all the connections.

Fixing up a Genesis and I like the clear pop bumpers... Where did you find them?

Where did you get the clear ramps?. That should of been the choice when gottlieb built this. excellent!
@bills97037 жыл бұрын
The ramps came from Pinside member Freeplay 40. You can still buy them from him. pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/freeplay40-ramps

Yeah, the original pink ones were really ugly in that game.

Never liked the look of this pinball - with the transparent rams and bumpers it looks a bit better, but still this is not a beauty. But the music/soundtrack was far ahead of its time in my opinion. Also the sound effects, especially when its doing the jacobs ladder effect at the beginning of multiball. Just wow...

This game actually used a speech synthesis chip (the SP0250) to generate some of the sounds. They were a bit behind the times when it came to sound technology. There were only a handful of games which had FM sound, and that was through the use of an auxiliary sound board.

Good job on the project, terrible game. 3 decades later and still a turd.
