you can collect them, wash them, put them in the blender, add water to blend. Then you drain the mix liquid in a trainer, so you can get only the green water. you can add sugar to taste and ice or put in the cooler. You can add cooked green mung beans to this green liquid and blend again to make a different kind of drink which is more healthy and cool for the body; they even can add coconut clear fresh water instead of water into this drink to blend. Yes, it is amazing drink and you can only make at home nowadays. In the past, we ordered this drink in my home town in Vietnam. Thanks to Mr. Jon to share this plant to us. I google search it is also called pennywort.

We call it Gotu Kola in Sri Lanka too...... Such a valuable herb.
