Sausage stew is a classic in all cuisines. This is a cheap and quick version of the classic goulash. It is also called "goulash for the poor" or potato goulash 👍 I tried the recipe of a well-known Michelin chef (Roman Paulus) to whom I thank for the recipe. It's a great tip for lunch or dinner. List of ingredients:
Onions 300 g
Sausages 500 g
Lard 3 tbsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Strained tomatoes 100 grams
Ground paprika 2 tbsp
Poultry stock 1 liter
Potatoes 300 grams
Chili to taste
Pepper
Crushed carraway 1 tsp
Salt to taste
150 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of flour
Marjoram 1 tsp
Chive
