Those who still confused, when you got commission "gourmet supremos : breakthrough thinking" go talk to chef mao. When he ask for ingredient dont give him instead meet xiangling near bamboo forest waypoint. After you get note from her, give it to xudong and you get achievement boom shaka laka. After that, you get new world quest by parvaneh ( the gourmet supremos : the importance of eating well) near inazuma Katherine Edit : after you complete the quest, you get achievement samurai gourmet. Yeah juicy primogems

You can still talk to Xiangling even though you gave the ingredients to Chef Mao, and when you talk to Xudong, you should give what Xiangling gave to you
