You can get risers to put inside your wall cupboards to maximize the space. We have an amazing chain of stores here called The Container Store that sells everything to do with storage but I have also seen them at Ikea - called Variera. We cancelled out gusto subscription after one order. My partner is a good eater with a very strenuous job and 250g of mince, 1 carrot and 3 small potatoes for a Shepard’s pie just didn’t do it. Also the chicken came as chicken thighs which were very fatty. The salad consisted as 1 spring onion, 2 small tomatoes, peas!!!

Hunted high and low few days ago for online shopping booking slot nothing both my partner and myself are disabled, so after watching your vlogs (light bulb moment) I said why not like you get hello fresh. Next day you announced your change over lol never mind if hello does work out then we will try gousto. Gousto customer service is great. If you go on the app you can put what ingredients are missing and they credit you immediately. I understand your comments about not being in bags but I put food away as I would normal shopping. Tins in cupboard, meat in fridge etc.

Be careful with those TENS units. I turned one up too high when I had it on my neck and I’m pretty sure it’s caused permanent nerve damage. I get phantom shock feelings and and occasionally intense pain even years later.
