@@FrankLloydTeh I actually went to read about this and here's what your articles are about: There are hospitals that are getting more money than they need, while others aren't getting enough. So they decided to rebalance their budget to even things out, and apparently there will still be an increase in their medicaid budget even with the cuts. Hell it's hardly even surprising though what do people think draws all those people to move into and stay in the largest cities in the country other than jobs and jobs create income thus taxes. Seems you have to be pretty thick to not realise why the largest cities in almost every country actually have a net surplus contribution to public funds especially when you factor in the reality that high density also makes many public services cheaper per capita. Trash collection is cheaper when you can stop every 100 meters and service dozens of residents every stop than when you are stopping every mile and servicing one or two from a single rural home fuel costs money and staff still need paying for the travel time where they are not providing service. Higher per capita income and lower per capita costs means larger net surplus how is this complex? lol

In the modern age, each candidate could (and I think should) stand as an independent, address specific policy-issues and promises and after a week of no-more-proomotion permitted, every single person in a nation vote for the person(s) they want. Trump doesn't remember what he said 5 minute ago. He would said he knew it before the chinese, before the virus was even a virus. Then you can ask a follow up question, so what did you do to protect the USA from it, he would then shift the blame to the Chinese for not knowing it was a virus and the WHO....etc whoever he can blame. You would think he can sense the hypocrisy but Trump doesn't even understands it. His job is simple, use as many little words as possible and repeat it so many times that he himself would believe it. That “under God” was added to the Pledge of Allegiance in 1954 as Cold War propaganda against the Soviet Union. When Francis Bellamy wrote the pledge, he intended it to be used by all nations, and we didn’t want the Soviets using it since they were anti religion. Plain and simple foolishness.
