Nag ka symptoms ko og covid june 19 -27 . Nag self quarantine ako and nag tuob ako . First day nag ka sore throat ako ng bongga then few hours after nag lagnat ako ng sobra sobra I cant explain in the next day ,Start na ako ng sipon na kahit barado tumutulo talaga then 3rd day I started dry cough to the point I cant breath na. I only use paracetamol for fever ,robitusin for cough and bio flu for flu pero di si nawala,every time mag tuob ako or suob nakakagihawa ako ng maganda i used tuob 3 times a day and water ko is ginger with lemon and also I drink malunggay juice . I did traditional way . Boom nawala ang kinatatakutan ko . I was so scared I thought i was gonna die .lalo na hindi ako nakahinga . Ingat kayu lahat . The governor gave a logical reason. Alternative medicine has been accepted treatment in many advanced countries . There is even a new profession for that the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine or Doctor of Alternative Medicine. She was right that those facts she mentioned came from those who practiced steam therapy (tuob). Maybe that medical doctor needs to try it for herself instead of threatening the governor which is so unprofessional. Tuob has always been the alternative medicine among Cebuanos since I can remember as a kid for certain medical conditions like cough, colds and fever. Those are symptoms of COVID19 as well. So what's wrong if it helped the patient alleviate or remove the symptoms?

A Nurse in Ireland got covid she resorted to Tuob with salt and ginger after 1 week she recovered and was not admitted in ICU. This doctors shld not criticize Tuob since in whatever way that it could alleviate/cure this deadly virus, bakit kaya ba nila i accomodate lahat sa hospital ang mga ngkakasakit ng covid?
