Use of the word "reflect" here is incorrect. Santis does not reflect how bad political leaders are (else he would be reflecting bad leadership). He points out by his different behavior a completely different model that could be better reflected. He creates a higher standard from which to reflect, and hopefully as people look at the higher standard, they can reflect it. When we look at Christ, we reflect Him. Be careful what you look at in other words. If we want to reflect, love, mercy, gentleness, kindness, meekness (strength under control), faith, we need to look regularly at the Law Giver so that we can reflect that perfection out into a lonely and evil world. Never in my life would I have thought I would be thankful for a Governor or that a Governor would have such a positive impact on my personal life. But I couldnt be more thankful for having this guy as my governor for the past 2 years. Just a shame being normal and level headed is such extroadinary feature in our country.

Not necessarily, the problem is, that the idea of liberalism sadly has been entirely slandered, destroyed and defamed by the so called liberals/Democratic party who these days are little more than totalitarian fascists. There will alway be different forces in a healthy society - conservative and progressive. Otherwise there would be no evolution. It's a natural and healthy thing that not everyone thinks alike.
