Praying for all the people that are going to wait for their insurance companies to help them. And I can guarantee after this double hitter we will lose even more insurance companies or we will become homeless because we can't afford the insurance😢

No one showed up with Food water tarps etc . No salvation army or red cross . We had no power for 5 days . I'm a Charley survivor ! Lost everything. Hope we all get help .My insurance company gave me a claim number n is now not a nswering !!! Anyone know what's going on ¿?

Patience is a virtue, and it's quite clear that many people don't understand that. Me: Over here with no power since Wednesday, I am grateful for all the linemen and women working their hardest to help all of us out. I bought a Halo 2 yrs ago , a Jackery last week, in anticipation of disasters. Grateful to my neighbor who has power who allowed me and others to recharge all NECESSARY devices, take a shower and who helped me and my other neighbors clean up. Grateful for Publix having ice. Grateful friends on the West Coast of Florida didnt DIE! I have actually been enjoying the silence when the curfew kicks in and the darkness of the sky because all the street lights are gone! I can see the beautiful stars. The simple things in life are always the best! I am not a fan of DeSantis however he has used the disaster preparation book properly so far.
