Somebody please tell lagos state to paint houses,sweep sands from roads and landscape areas for crying out loud..Lekki epe highway is already filled with sand,they need to invest in road sweeping trucks,remove shanty shops from road side,landscape and plant grass and trees 2 meters from that road walkway...Thank you.

The responsibility of the government is to protect the students, staffs and everyone on the construction site. The contractor should provide plastic like fencing in construction areas and not allow the students to climb up the stairs, etc. Contractors should provide safety and clean-up the site before the end of the each work day. What the state government is doing is not allowed in the western world. Security staffs should be on site 24/7. Thank You.
