I have read pretty much all the material available on this incident. People like you need to do a little research. The girl reported the assault to the school, the school called the police. The school and the police didn't disclose it to anyone else because SHE WAS A MINOR! Its against the law to disclose the identity of sexual assault victims under the age of 18. Her father brought all of this out in a school board meeting, which still does not absolve the school board of its responsibility to protect the privacy of the girl. But the father is right. There is a 2 tier justice system. A black father would have been charged with felony assault on a police officer.

Man made a scene at a school board meeting because the school tried to cover up that a trans person sexually assaulted his daughter. Same person went on to do it again and the super intendant got fired with paid and kept their pension. That entire school board should have been fired.

I think the term 'sexual assault' needs to go away. It does not have the full descriptive horror of what victims go through. I believe for example short exact descriptive terms need to be used. Make it SHOCKING and TERRIBLE to read the headline. I'd spell it out but no doubt youtube would dump me. Enough with nice terms! Call it exactly what it is or happened and let's notch up the OUTRAGE 1000 degrees to a maddening effect! Maybe then true justice can take place for all involved to include school board members!

Slow legal system. It's the same way that the Government Officials get away with impeading on our Constitutional Rights. The DemoNcrats play the Time and Money Game. States will do things like banning certain Firearms that clearly violates Our 2nd Amendment Rights. They are well aware that their laws are Unconstitutional but they know that with a stroke of their pen The Law Abiding American Citizen loses his God Given/Constitutionally Protected Rights. They understand that it will cost the American Citizens a lot of money and Years of Time before the Case will be heard in a High Court. In the meantime you have lost your Constitutional Right. They get to fight you and postpone Judgement as long as Humanly Possible using the Taxpayer's Money to fight the Taxpayer and the Taxpayer is forced to use their own personal money in an attempt to have their Rights restored. In the End after Years of Time and a Great loss of money the Court rules in the favor of the Citizens and the Government Official who knowingly and purposely took away your Constitutional Right walks away without Any Repercussions at all. What's worse is the next DemoNcrat State will still pass the same type of Unconstitutional law that the Supreme Court or Circuit Court already ruled against. However, with the stroke of their pen it all starts again. Loss of Rights, Loss of Time, and Loss of Money. Still no one is ever held accountable. Until Government Officials are held both Financially and Legally responsible for Infringing on Our Constitutional Rights it will just continue. Look at the Pistol Brace Ban that the ATF ordered. The ATF has zero Law making power however they made Millions of Law Abiding American Citizens Felons with the stroke of their Pen. We have Lost our 2nd Amendment Right and it will be FOREVER until the Supreme Court Finally makes a Judgement that is absolutely simple to make. The ATF has no power to pass laws, that the job of The United States Congress. If Alphabet Agencies are going to start/continue passing laws then we don't need Congress at all.
