Buddy Govee T2 this Led strip works on camera any device or screen the camera can see it will work with that however the LED comes till 100 inch support inbox so can't be used from 110 to 150 inch ok. Yep using it on 220v but it's running no issues 👍🏻 even I had that doubt but seems it draws only the power that is required to run by the adapter which is provided inbox. @@rajatw1979 Hey Buddy it is running on 220v 50Hz Indian electric standards fine I have used it that way. However you should obviously use a step down adapter 3 pin plug which you easily get on Amazon to step it down from 220v 50 Hz to 110v 60 Hz it's safer that way as it's made for USA voltage standards ok. @@Sukhveen I am confused. If it is running fine from Indian power outlet out of the box then why would anyone need stepdown adapter. I do understand that u need a plug because of a socket. Also stepdown adapter that you have suggested has lot of negative comments and the company itself says '(Not for Continuous Usage, Use on Interval Basis of 5-7mins)" which is a red flag. So please let me know if it actually needs a stepdown adapter or not because mine is arriving from canada too so need to know about this before I plug it in. Thanks for the video and quick reply.

@@rajatw1979 Buddy due to the difference in voltage of two countries it is always advisable to use a stepdown plug so that your costly equipment doesn't fail. Although I am using it on the US socket based spike guard directly which has built in surge protection circuit without any stepdown adapter & no problems I have faced as of yet but I will always advise as being an engineer myself it's always good to use it with a stepdown adapter or a good spike guard for the device protection ok. You can mount it on the top of the Tv aswell it comes with a counter weight to balance & it's the proper way too. However I prefer at the bottom to hide the camera behind my soundbar so. The Govee App comes with settings which you can configure in app to keep the camera on top or at bottom you just need to give command in app to upside down the colours for the camera to work from down aswell.

@@photographygarage3638 lytmi, fancy Led are all one or 2 Port Use the concept is totally different it works on inputs given to TV & Govee T2 works universal on all inputs coz this is Camera based LED works on all Content as the camera see's the screen to produce colour on backside unlike Lytmi, Fancy or Panasonic Hue which functions on HDMI input which has limitation of 1 device or 2 device connected only at a time.
