Hey!! I’ve tried everything but on a black screen, my right side of the tv is always on like a white/light blue color, way brighter that the left side! I already replaced the whole unit and got the same result, HELP PLEASE!!! 😢

So what is the difference between vivid and smooth?

So from what I can tell vivid throws more colors all around vs smooth which is like solid/even colors

What are the chances ‘they’ are watching me with these cameras?

They are fish eye lenses pointing at the tv. Sure "they" may catch some of the stuff on the edges of the frame, but it wouldn't be useful to "them". I would worry more about "them" taking notes on what content you are watching to build a profile on you but I assume if you are considering this system over a sync box, you use built in TV apps and those types of smart tvs are already tracking everything you do on the tv, say near the mic on the remote, etc...
