When you turn off your TV or monitor do the lights turn off automatically also or do you have to manually turn them off through the app every time?

i have the camera at the bottom with the bars behind the TV, and no matter how many times i calibrate the colour replicated in the top right corner is not accurate,,any ideas?

Hi, need some help here. Ive successfully calibrated my screen and removed the foam pads. However when I go to video mode, the light bars just freeze and it does not sync with my screen

When doing it behind your monitor how can u get the colour showing what’s on the screen so like the tv shows it’s red then the bar shows red how do u make it do that

Oh good lord the camera has a 3M sticker on it. I honestly do not want to put any kind of sticky thing on my BenQ PD3220U monitor. Do you think there is another way to mount it?

Having just returned a faulty ambilight tv, I'm tempted by these but the left and right lights don't seem to work independently from the few videos I've seen. Seems a shame.

Adjust the camera down, it's supposed to be horizontal! Then it will be much better in picking up the correct colour

I thought these could show independent colors on each side? And multiple colors on one strip in camera mode? There are videos showing them doing that, is your app fully updated?

Yes you are absolutely right! These can do that, but for some reason I had not applied the update haha!

@@GeekyStuff So, i actually just got my Govee flow pro and i cannot get independent colors in video mode. How did you end up applying the update or getting it working? Edit: i got it working.. i don't really know how but it seems like opening the app from the app store fixed it for me.

@@MrSpentaz hi yes it worked perfect on my 32 inch curved monitor , I currently upgraded my monitor to a Samsung flat gaming 4k monitor, which is 28inch and it worked perfect on that as well 👍

Split screen can display 2 colors at once in video mode and is better

I have a couple of points I need to make about your video which may well have issues with other users and setting up. The first thing is at 4'35 where you have rotated your screen 180°. You can see the camera position has changed with the height of the camera significantly increased; I would suggest the 3M has been stuck to the back of your monitor rather than the top. The other inaccurate part is when you are calibrating the camera. You should not just use the corner pads as you suggest, you completely skipped the "fine-tuning" portion to make sure the camera calibration is correct.

This will work with any size TV. You can even mount the light bars onto the back of the TV too

WARNING ! if you are going to use the 3M mounts .. use some painter tape to identifies the location you want them ..once these are on they are not coming off ..
