I am currently a govt. Employee railway driver,after completing my btech after working in telecom sector, if u want to be in govt sector go for A grade post only never look c and D class govt. job, we have 24 *7 365 days w work and overtime in many dept too,very less holiday.and have to live in remote area with less facility. Now govt JOB too have no job SECURITY nowadays, MY BATCHMATE ARE IN Foreign too , if u choose Pvt job go in software sector , as production sector has very low wage until you crack psu. Go for either A class officer power in govt job or money in software, finance or sales manager sector tough life.

You can get job only in govt sector if you are completely zero... Also after 4 years of qualification first job in private sector not possible..money is not necessary, life and status are required.... Priority is important.... So kick of private fraud jobs and just need to prepare well for govt exams nothing else.......Hard work + luck = govt job... This is my personal formula....

If you talked about private job every thing are run their management as your performance and private sector have burden of opportunity in comparison then government sector and each and every day private sector are organise interview for all Trainor until your are select are not and one of my most important points is that it gave a handsome salary and private sector is much valuable job to all .

If you talked about government sector I would like to say that government job have 100prcent security and I suggest holiday by calender and it have more facility to provide them like suppose a labour or work injured suddenly than I have a option yo go hospital bcz government gives mee. a hospital in case of injured worker and also in last I would like to say that suppose if you need a vacation so you can give vacation there us no difficulties to faced you😁

job security , holidays k lie agr govt job le rhe ho toh totally glt h ....govt sector mei toh pta h salary toh milni hi h kaam kro time pe ya nai , and growth bhot kam h govt sector mei ...and the red tshirt girl said that in govt job we get holidays an spend much time with family ...so job krni hi kyu h agr apko family k saath hi rehna h ...this point is wrong..but the problem is that people dont want to work hard ....they just want enjoyment, less burden job, and 2,4 benefits aur h jis k lie lok bhagte rehte h govt jobs k piche and the selection possibilty is very low in govt exams..bcz har koi yhi benefits soch k govt job lena chahta h ...and govt cant give job to everyone

In private there is epf which provide pension as well and 8.65% return on corpus fixed vs gpf where interest is 7.9 % and no pension. 😂😂😂😂 Both private and govt can contribute in nps the difference is - Govt employee can invest 50% of investment in equity in nps and private its a whopping 75% of investment in equity in nps. 😂😂😂😂😂
