Sir, Your formula for droop% is wrong. It should be Droop%= ((No load RPM-Full load RPM)*100)/No load RPM. Eg. ((3000-2850)*100)/3000=5%. Also when going from 0% load to 100% load your speed should decrease but you had shown that speed is increasing from 3000 rpm to 3150 rpm This incorrectly shown in your speed line from Min. governor speed setting to Max. governor speed setting. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Venkata Ji ...same doubt is with me. As loading the turbine it's speed decreases and it happens by opening of throttling valve. As steam flow increases with sufficient amount of enthalpy turbine speed decrease. So in this case according to droop speed should be raised up to 3000 or rated ...but how plz help out.

I think there is a mistake in your basic assumption i.e. when the load increase the RPM should go up i.e. from 3000RMP to 3150RM but in reality when the load increase the RPM goes down. Don't you agree?

IN Minimum governor point is not a rated speed....Rated speed point is mid of minimum and maximum governor setting.

Wrong concept. In droop control operation of generator is in a band of frequency and droop is useful for load sharing in interconnected power system.
