"bahot saare $$ inflows aane wale hain..." It would be prudent to check out with the sources of such supposed inflows. Major source of $$ inflows are expats who send in the remittances, however, they're now playing the waiting game hoping for Pakistan to default so that their $$ command much greater value. Most overseas Pakistanis whom I talked to are holding on to their $$ to buy land in Pakistan once the default is declared and PKR slides to its actual value. Many others are concerned about the economic situation in their own countries like the US and Europe and keeping the $$ to themselves saving it for the rainy season. The troubling political situation in Pakistan appears to be discriminatory against Imran Khan, who is very well respected among the expats. This too is a major factor affecting the inflow of remittances. Situation is not as rosy as portrayed by the SBP.

Wait, so what $12B rolled over for next year. $8.3 B is still planning to rollover that is $20.3. So far, out of due $23B current FY, only paid $1.2B so far, and that is also expected to take as loan back?

Very informative and insightful discussion. The governor, in my opinion, has presented a realistic picture of the current state of economic affairs, which faces many difficulties but is not as dire as some experts and professionals are portraying.
