Every points are very good explained But salary growth in private banks are very high as compared to government bank In private bank one can earn more than 2 lakhs per month . Which is not possible in government bank at the early age

Here in pvt banks Salary is very very high as compared to govt Bank..maybe not instarting but as you grow salary will increase very fast .

@@omsingh6196 If you do MBA from any prestigious colleges like IIMs , IITs, XLRI , FMS then you will be hired by top private bank though campus placements , and with decent salary also... Apart from that , there are so many programs offered by the top banks like HDFC ,ICICI , AXIS and so on.. Through that programs ,you can directly join those banks...
