Govt. is planning any DUMP YARD in sector 103? Then why Vrikshya 103 and why not Ashiana Amarah 4.0

Not just Godrej, it will impact 10-15 km radius. Until government declare new site for dumping yard outside city limits, one should hold all property buying decisions in Gurgaon. It would be interesting to see how many people go in line to grab Godrej 103 at 16-17k/Sq ft with PLC of Dumping yard mountain view......

@reachhomegurgaon Gurgaon DC and MCG commissioner has made it clear it's been put temporarily on hold. Mainly because of CM manesar visit. There are state elections in October, it may be put on hold but not for longer as MCG aren't even trying to find a new land. They are under heavy pressure from Supreme Court and NGT to stop dumping in Badhwari. They are just searching for a NEW Badhwari to dump and not process. Seems there is some political and buidler pressure to bring new waste land ONLY ON DWARKA EXPRESSWAY AND NOT ON GOLF COURSE ROAD EXTENTION,SPR, SOHNA ROAD. Any property buying should be hold on Dwarka expressway ...

Thanks for speaking on the issue. We all put our life’s savings in Sector 103. If we knew there will be dumpyard here we would have rather invested in Noida. This is daylight robbery with people’s hard earned money.

A lot of supply will come for lower size apartments and market at correction stage ,so at this price ashiana Amara is avoidable. Wait and watch

It seems that u r actually not an expert of reality SECTOR,m sry to say accordingly to NGT to can't put dumpyard 500mt. Near to residential area , according to aviation rules u can make dumpyard near AIRPORT,i can u don't have expertise on ur core area n thats chilling thing that u work on hearsay news n not do ur proper homework before speaking to ur viewers
