11:00 sir says about dummy schools , I totally disagree with that point . From a POV of a student who is very talented or clever , there is very limited syllabus from class 8-12 for boards {especially in science it feels like if the syllabus is desinged so that all students should pass , considered according to poor students} a clever student has to study a lot more give diff exams so it is 100% better for him to enroll in a coaching than going to a school . Like for me I did my 9th school along with my coaching and in coaching syllabus of 9th and 10th was just covered till half yearly of my 9th and many students performed better in my coaching , then after 9th I did dummy school and only went to school for exams now I am in class 11 and my jee syllabus is already covered thanks to my coaching and aslo my school lo let me do that . And if school teachers teach us what is necessary to crack diff exams why would someone go to coachings

11:55 this problem exists in almost all types of government schools (State or Central), My mother is a science teacher in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and she is forced to do a lot of other govt. duties (election duty, etc.) except teaching and there is also a lack of faculty, teachers for essential subjects like physics are missing

Like literally iam shocked on how much these videos are changing my perspective of places. This is hands down the best series I have ever watched on any platform and this needs more attention asap!!! I have always thought that the gov teachers were not interested in teaching the kids and only want their monthly pay but seeing these teachers dedication my perspective changed. I want to let you know that in govt. School of Rajasthan the school staff always show good behaviour and good things in front of any guest .There is only 2% of kids who take part actively in all school activities like speech, poster making, drawing etc. The teachers of government school of Rajasthan are full of knowledge but most of them lost it as they don't use it for long periods of time. Only 5%of total teachers have actual spirit to make change. Most of them lost this spirit over time because of students almost all students of class ran away during lunch they do it by climbing walls. So teachers also get irritated by seeing empty classrooms and teachers sit together and start to gossip over the time they build the habbit of gossiping and after some time they also don't want students to stay in school. And students also builds the habbit of running From school. I knew this because I completed my 11th and 12th from the government the school. Which was the biggest government school of the district in terms of staff in terms of budget and subject availability and in terms of student capacity. Though I had option to study in private school because my family is in well to do condition.😊

Hey sarthak bhaiya i live in MP and my mother is a government teacher who teach history in high secondary school one of the thing she shares when somebody ask about her school she says that other teachers are not working properly, washrooms are in bad state no helpher in school as the whole fund which comes from government for infrastructure of school is just kept by the principal and when someone ask him he just say sarkar se fund aaya hi nahi. Teacher reach school late and whenever they want they go and they are getting highly paid for that job around 50k per month(of teachers and 70k of principal)
