This is an unboxing video for my recent purchase of the gozney roccbox plus while I'm opening I talk a bit and review the Ooni Koda 16 that I have been using for my sourdough pizza masterclass in Gold Coast.
This is my honest and personal opinion I don't intend to offend anyone as mentioned Ooni Koda is a good oven for many but it presents few flaw.
Many other pizza chef share the same issue as mine with Ooni Koda 12 and 16
Just to clarify the turning peel and the cover doesn't come with the purchase of the roccbox, they are accessory that I have paid separately
