I knowww this is old but wondering if you ever had to take the pump off again? I work with 3m 4000, 4200 and 5200 regularly and although 4200 is "removable", with enough surface area ive pulled chunks of fiberglass out of hulls.

Excellent job my friend I want to ask you is any difference between the one that you install and the one from Riva I know the Riva is a little bit more money, but I saw in one of the videos that you shared you free flow for Riva exhaust

Thank you! The Riva Racing version works better with their intercooler. So since I will be installing a Fizzle intercooler I felt that Worx Racing was the better option

What size bit did you use to get that perfect fit

I used a half inch drill bit and slowly enlarged the hole till the fitting just barley fit then threaded it into the hole.

Great idea but what’s stopping the Electrolysis now that you removed the zinc anode ?

Fresh water so not really worried about it😎

Do you have to throw it in fresh water after riding salt with this anode cooling line or at home flush will handle corrosion and stuff. I womder

I always run fresh water flush after each ride at home. Only takes a few minutes.

Hey Juan. The battery is a fire power 490-2525. I bought it from Riva Racing

It is very close to the same as mine. Just the templet for the cut out might be different is all.

Did u put sealant on the L adapters?

Yeah I used the 3M 4200 on the two brass L adaptors.

@@QuadStar721 k thx...i saw that they were sorta spinning still..had me worried cause i just baught this..ima bout to do my ribbon delte and wanted to kill 2 birds w/one stone..lol

@@QuadStar721 ok..i just put mine in and i realised that if u turn the box upside down it tightens perfectly..letters are upside down but no reason to cake on sealant cause its not tight on the L ..just an FYI to anyone else..its the same upside down and upright on the inside..🙂🙃
