that type of shit just happens in clutch situations when you have two great teams, they won't go down easy. look at seahawks had that amazing miracle kearse catch in the super bowl before the infamous int. that defense did bend but it didnt break, yet the refs treated them like they did. horrible call.

no they weren’t. the refs missed a call where SC was clearly IN the end zone and they didn’t call it a touchdown. this makes up for it. we were supposed to be 1st and goal, they didn’t let us. Face mask is an automatic 1st down. it wasn’t. refs were on bs the whole game

All-time horrible call but Cedar Grove needs to pump the brakes on claiming a state championship. That was a 3rd down play and only a 3 point game. Nobody knows what the outcome would have been if not for supreme incompetence by the refs. Don’t be Bama fans after the natty last season.

Hard fought game marred by penalties and terrible spots by refs on more than one occasion. The game winning TD was not even close. Unless he fumbled and it was recovered in the end zone, that call was criminal.

What GHSA did in this game was just the tip of the iceberg to return this program to compliance. You simply can't give state championship trophies to teams who refuse to play by the rules..
