That substitution rule needs reworked because that's the second time I"ve seen the defense running players in and out to run out the play clock. Offense took a delay of game when they were not allowed to snap the ball by the refs.

I was in Las Vegas over the Christmas holiday and completely lost track of time and forgot this game was scheduled. I saw so many rowdy A&M fans and USC fans pouring into the casinos and restaurants. One big difference, A&M fans were the most drunk and rowdy fans I've ever seen. I'm not a fan of either team but glad to see that USC (a team that had a majority of players opt out) beat A&M made it all better. I'm a Texas boy but seriously, some of us Texans get a bad rap over some bad batches of people.

I anit gonna lie, I was pissed when Jayden left UNLV after a great season last year and him looking like a Beast! Especially going to USC where Moss was gonna be the starting QB. But he stayed, didn’t get the starting job, took over the end of the season, got them Bowl eligible and was able to comeback to Vegas where it all started and came back from 24-7 to win a bowl game for USC!! And he executed on our final play to get the game-winning touchdown. It was a messy, ugly game but there were flashes of what he could be. And I think we're all going to hold out hope that they can get him to play at that level at all times.

I won't deny that Bama and Coach Saban raised the standard of expectations for the SEC, but let's not pretend like Saban didn't coach LSU to a title before Bama, or that the Florida Tebow years didn't happen, or that Cam didn't take Auburn to a natty, or that Joe Burrow didn't lead one of the most explosive offenses ever with him Jefferson, Chase, and Edwards-Helaire, or that the path to the title has pretty much run through Georgia, not Bama, the past four years. If Georgia loses to Notre Dame, it will be their first non-conference loss in six years. The last team to beat them from outside the SEC is now part of the SEC and lost to the Dawgs twice this season. To find a loss to a team outside the SEC besides that single loss to Texas in the Sugar Bowl, a fact that I am certain Kirby has made his team aware, you have to go back to 2016, his first season as head coach. If ND wins, I will be the first to say congratulations, but Georgia has been a perennial national title contender since 2017 for a reason; don't count my Dawgs out yet.

USC did what they did all season. Blow the game late in the 4th. A&M said hold my beer. Half USC offense hit the transfer portal already too. This team could have been undefeated almost. But blew every game pretty much on the final drive. Crazy they won their final game in the fashion they lost all the others. Still went 2-0 vs SEC. As a USC fan sucks, another Lincoln Riley yr loading when we need a new voice and direction

I don’t see how a 7-6 (4-5) team could be considered “almost undefeated” but we can go with it. USC also had a lot of close wins. The way they played and won/lost shows they were an average BigTen team with some talent and potential to play anyone close. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I knew when this playoff system was announced the SEC homers would think they should have 7 of the 12 teams in the playoffs every year. ESPN tried as hard as they could to place 7 or 8 SEC teams in the top 12 and they just couldn't get it done.
