I would legitimately love it if Nintendo actually added the Namco Circuit (or a variant of it) in one of the future waves in MK8DX's Booster Pass; it would be the perfect finale track for the Cherry Cup come Wave 5! And I still stand by my other hope; that Nintendo adds Pac-Man as one of the 5 yet-to-be-revealed playable characters. He'd be the perfect guest character to add for the Booster Pass!

If Nintendo actually decided to do it & give us Namco Circuit for Wave 6, along with Pac-Man as one of the 2 final characters (Pac-Man is a past racer, & Nintendo specifically stated that the 6 new characters would all be returning characters from previous games, & there's nothing stopping them acknowledging GP in Wave 6. Besides, if one more guest character gets in, Pac-Man is really the only viable candidate.), here's how I would handle them: Namco Circuit stage: 1. Make it the 3rd track in the Blue Shell Of Doom Cup. Of course Wii Rainbow Road must be the final track! 2. Have some Ghosts appear as crowd elements instead of the usual Toads & Yoshis. 3. Add some half-pipe sections in the Dig Dug area. 4. Make the figures in the Tower of Druaga area actual hazards, with some shooting fireballs as an obstacle. 5. Make the part of the track after the glider section into an anti-grav area, & add some boost posts in said area. 6. Replace the coins with Pac-dots. 7. The sound of an item roll is now the Ghost's movement pitching up, ending on the Ghost Eaten sound. 8. Play a remix of the Pac-Man intermission theme after the race ends. Pac-Man: 1. Pac-Man World design. Smash had the right idea. 2. No voice. Have Pac-Man make arcade sounds instead (taken from Pac-Man & Super Pac-Man) 3. His weight class would most likely be a middleweight or a lightweight. 4. His car horn would be the sound of collecting a piece of fruit from the arcade games. 5. If Wave 6 gives us new kart parts to end the Booster, add some Pac-Man themed items (kart, glider & tyres)

@@Puzzle-Portals64 Well Wave 6's final reveal pretty much doomed Pac-Man from MK8... (cue Pac-Man death sound...) His Mii Costume is as far as it goes right now... As amazing a hidden 'Wave 7/Mystery Cup' would be, let's be real... the chances of one actually happening are slim to none... let alone Pac-Man/Namco Circuit being among it... There's always the possibility of a future Mario Kart however where they could finally acknowledge GP...

I would have had this be the last track of the Cherry Cup, but alas... it seems like that's right out the window now. But the third track of the Blue Shell Of Doom Cup? That would actually make perfect sense! If one of the last 2 remaining characters is indeed another non-Mario guest, Pac-Man would be the perfect candidate, & the Namco Circuit would be an amazing penultimate stage for the Booster Pass! (of course, the last track MUST be Wii Rainbow Road! That was easily the best Rainbow Road in the series! 🌈)
