most are basically the same cd, e and r have both in v1 and v2 13s cd the z has 4s more cd but in exchange you have more dps, and a bb the x has now more uses, but it is true that 30s cd is pretty rough the ult is pretty annoyingly useless compared to the rest. At least it has a huge vertical reach and applies a decent debuff for 5s
