Thanks a lot for sharing! There are quite a few minor mistakes. Some I can recall right away are 1) Risk factors of BCC (-> More light Melanoma than like SCC) and 2) Shagreen's patches, which are seen in TSC, not in Neurofibromatosis. 3) I believe a dimple sign is rather suggestive of a dermatofirboma. A Neurofibroma could even be pushed back into the dermis. Other than that, fantastic lecture!
