What's the black heatsink in the gpu? My gtx card doesnt have one and i just noticed i need to buy one

This heatsink is on default by manufacturer (ASUS). I am not sure if you can find same. I searched little and i did not find similar. Must be exactly the same

Hey im a have a question i hope you would answer me.. if i did change the thermal pads like by qutting the thermal pad to a square will that change if i did just as the nvidia manufacturers. By cutting squares for each core ? Will that be a better solution?

Yes you can do this but i am not sure if you have cooler result. Be focused on pads quality it is more important
