1 core thing that may change things and show results is outreach. they gotta get this game out there, also the rapport and communication between players and staff, people unfortunately always complain and are ungrateful and this drives the staff away but this doesn’t mean staff aren’t fault free either though. it’s very rare for good managers like peyton and jame to come around although jame has been missing i hope he’s doing well. whatever arguments you may have, one thing is for certain, when you open up that map and look at the player count on the bottom right corner those numbers show you clearly the steady decline (don’t get fooled by the temporary spike during christmas, once it’s over it’ll go back as always). i choose to remain hopeful though
