Bicho-Bicho po sa amin sa North Cotabato ay parang palitaw na deep fried with brown sugar then tinuhog sa bamboo stick 🍡, yan naman ay parang pilipit pero hindi pinilipit hehehehe. However, I am impressed Manang you always nailed the food that you wanted them to try. Emasen!

I've tried to comprehend what they've said phonetically as 'gulab jam,' but thanks to Google search, it's actually 'gulab jamun.' I'll attempt to replicate it and see what it taste like. Hope the ingredients are available here in the Philippines. 😆😋
