I use this song for running. Could you tell me what the beats per minute are on this song? I have tried to calculate it and come to about 174 to 180. Is that correct?

Hey there! It depends on which beat you choose to hit. If you pick the quickest tempo, like I did in the first part of this song, then yes it's around 180. If you choose to count the second beat, like I did in the part where we slide side to side then it's around 96 BPM. For running the first one is definitely better!
