gtace poe is a very smart,studied in the US with a degree,a teacher in the US.a very fluent in english,uses high english words.humble,honests,a future president,concern about poor people in the philipines.she was away from the philippines for 9 yrs.and learned about US programs like free feeding programs in the school,children can have breakfast in the school for free.family can recieved some money from the govt.who doesnt have income,just like in the US.she has a lot to offer to the filipino people with her experiences in the US
