Nung panahong nasa Pasig ako, from 2017 to 2023, naihalal si Vico Sotto bilang Mayor ng Pasig (2019), dumating ang pasko (Dec 2019), kumakatok mismo sa pinto ang mga taga munisipyo para magbigay ng Pamaskong Handog, walang nakalagay na kung ano anong pangalan sa balot, kundi "Pasig Government". Pero noon, pangalan mismo ng pulitiko ang nakalagay. Hindi mo kailangan magpalista para makakuha ng pamaskong handog, sila na mismo kakatok sayo. Kung wala ka sa umaga, asahan mo, sa hapon kakatukin ka ulit nila para ibigay ang Pamaskong Handog nila. Usaping "Pandemic", napaka organized nila. Madali makipag communicate sa Pasig Government, maayos kausap ang mga tao. Alam mong may malasakit sa mamamayan. Kaya kudos kay Mayor Vico Sotto, at sa kanyang mga kasamahan sa Pasig Government dahil sa maayos na pamamalakad. Mahirap kapag nasanay ka sa maayos na gobyerno, hahanap hanapin mo na talaga.

Isa ako sa mga old employee ng company na may contract to build the FOI Open data initiative ng department of budget and that was 2016 Our goal is to build a system that allows everyone to look for projects, bidding employee payments etc.. Pero hindi lahat ng LGU nakipagcoordinate at kaunti lang ang nagbigay ng data at documents. At for some reason naignore sa senate I am thrilled to know thst Mayor Vico participated and leading in providing freedom of information!

Papalya talaga ang FOI in general panahon ni Duterte dahil kahit president mismo ayaw sa transparency. Kaya ang mga kaalyado nya at iba pang ahensya ay hindi pressured para sumunod sa FOI. I can only imagine full implementation ng FOI with 2 persons as president. Vico and Leni.

Isko started it right. He actually had done good things in Manila. Sadly he became kind of greedy in power. If only like Mayor Vico finishes his 3 terms which I believe he can do it if he continues the services his giving among his constituents.
