@j_man_2024Ай бұрын
It's such a shame that people do hold her to her AGT performances and don't want her to grow up. So many artists do go downhill when they get older, I get it, you want them keep doing the same style, and be the same person. But even if you are 20 when you arrive on the scene, you won't be the same when you are 29... so it's pointless to want to keep someone in one place. Grace now... she only gets better, and better, and beTTer, extra emphasis on the "T's," All I'm saying is, she's growing up, it's foolish to expect her to stay 12, especially when her growth is this beautiful.
@123benny4Ай бұрын
Look at Jennifer Hudson's success after not even winning American Idol. She moved on from that just as Grace will from AGT. AGT was just an opportunity to get where she is now. Look at her.
@j_man_2024Ай бұрын
@@123benny4 I was just re-watching some of her AGT interviews, I love any of her interviews... and one thing she told Chelsea Briggs was, she would be happy to live in a crappy apartment in NYC and play small venues just getting by on the rent. Well, you are right, just look at her, she's doing quite a bit better than that and she's doing what she loves. I don't think Grace cares about fame, if it happens, it happens. She has consistently shown herself to be better than that thought process. As long as she is doing what she loves, to hell with the fame. I used to want her to be famous, now I don't care, she deserves it, but I just want her to be happy, and if she is happy where she is, I am happy where she is, as long as she keeps releasing music. We have to remember, she has never, that I know of, complained about her not being more famous. She's the most beautiful person I have ever seen. As for her diehard fans, we just have to stay tight, and continue to support this angel and try to push her name. The best form of advertising is word of mouth. Things are shaping up for 2025 to be a good year, let's make sure it is!

This girl just floors me. It goes back to Gossip Girl, I am not speaking of the final produced version, which was good, I'm talking about the doughnut-eared version in her home. The mere idea a 12-year-old could write music with that song's dynamics is simply preposterous... and just that version... it's not normal, but, low and behold, she did it... and then did it again, and again and again. It's flabbergasting to think a preteen would have that sort of knowledge. Child prodigies tend to fade into the background as they grow up... they become less relevant. While Grace has faced her own decline in fanbase, it wasn't because she was no longer of interest, it was the hands that controlled her career... But she will bounce back and be a prodigy that will shake up the music industry and go down in the history books as one of the most relevant pioneers in music history.

I was really little when she went on AGT, but she was my favorite artist. Her songs like I don’t know my name and clay and burned. I loved those. She’s the reason I started playing ukulele, and ukulele is the reason I play a ton of other instruments now and I’m in a band. She is truly the reason I got up and tried and I have a lot to thank her for. Seeing her all grown up sort of kills me but I have to remember no one is gonna stay the same age forever😭
