Great video! Did anybody else catch the dog in the background at 34 seconds walking his rear across the rug? I had a good laugh!

We are just starting History 2. I love how each year things get switched up so it never gets boring. The games are different, there is no Big Book of Stories but there is a timeline and beautiful, colorful maps. I just love The Good And The Beautiful!!

Thanks Ashlee for your awesome videos! My son is thriving off of the TGATB. He loves the history. He keeps asking me if we are doing history daily. That is a win win in my book. I can definitely see the fruit. I am forever greatful for you and your channel and this curiculum. :)

Thank you so much for this video! I was hoping in all your 100+ videos you did one of these. I'm considering changing to TGATB next year. We've been switching around every year to different curriculums. What do you plan to do when you've done all 4 years of their history?

I have been searching for a history curriculum and keep coming back to the good and the beautiful, I love them! Do you still reccomend this? Also do you do any vocabulary curriculum?
@colinp62316 жыл бұрын
It would be nice to see how you organize your TG&TB curriculum. Do you have a good system so when you are going through TG&TB curriculum each day you don't have to look for the different parts required to complete it? For example in L.A. books my kids each have their lesson, plus cards they go through, sentence dictating, poems, spelling words and/or sight words depending on the level they are on. How do you keep it all organized. We just started this week so we are new to TG&TB and having a hard time keeping track of what needs to be done with each child.

We keep it together in latchmate boxes for each child. Each child has their own set of phonics cards, spelling, etc.

How are your kids liking "The Golden Goblet"? Specifically your youngest. I'm doing this curriculum with my 6 year old but I didn't get this book yet. Wondering if it will be too "advanced" for him. THX!

Thank you for sharing this. I am a full time working mom, but I totally want to get this unit to do with my kids. I also want to get some of the science units. It is an easy way to try to fill in some of the gaps in their learning. Is there a coupon code for a discount?
